Our
Story
Greenhalgh Family
We are a fifth generation family owned and operated business that was founded some 160+ years ago when Ralph & Sylvia emigrated from Bolton Lanchashire in the late 1800's.
Located on the rural fringe of Ballarat in Victoria, we are still operating and tanning leather and rugs on the same site where Ralph & Sylvia settled.
Today, after five generations of tanning leather, the Greenhalgh family still embraces much of the traditional tanning methods and values of their forefathers to produce leather of only the highest quality ensuring total customer satisfaction.
